I've tried all sorts to loose weight and wondered if anyone has experience of using Slimming world?

Hi Mary,

I am a personal trainer in Sheffield and would always advocate the fitness route to losing weight alongside a well balanced diet plan too.

Slimming World have a good reputation as do some of the other organisations in the diet world so good luck and make sure you stay healthy and happy.
