It's easy, you buy lots of chocolate, give it to your family and friends for Christmas. The 'losing weight' bit is harder, you need to eat less and take more exercise.

Hello chocoholics...

I do not know how one can lose weight by buying more chocolates...Anyways if somebody wants to lose the weight,then first of all prepare a diet chart with less calories...Then do a bit running early in the morning and after that do skipping for 15 to 20 minutes..
